New Issue: Totens sells NOK 125 million floating-rate perpetual hybrid notes

Morgantown, W.Va., June 17 – Totens Sparebank issued NOK 125 million of floating-rate perpetual hybrid tier 1 notes on Friday, according to a notice.

The notes bear interest at Nibor plus 370 basis points.

DNB Bank ASA and DNB Markets are the managers.

Totens is a local bank based in Lena, Norway.
