Brambles hosts investor calls for inaugural eight-year green bond

Chicago, March 9 – Brambles Ltd. is preparing to offer its inaugural green bond, an eight-year note, according to a source.

The notes will be euro-denominated and will be distributed via Regulation S.

BBVA and ING are working as the green structuring coordinators. The banks are working with BNP Paribas and Commerzbank as joint bookrunners, arranging fixed-income investor calls starting on Friday.

Commerzbank is coordinating logistics.

A second-party opinion on Brambles’ green finance framework was provided by ISS.

Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance a portfolio of eligible green assets.

The Sydney-based issuer is a supply-chain logistics company operating in more than 60 countries, primarily through the CHEP brand.
