Graphic Packaging to repay portion of revolver with note proceeds

New York, Aug. 14 – Graphic Packaging International, LLC intends to repay a portion of its outstanding borrowings under the revolving credit facility under its senior secured credit facility using proceeds from $350 million of new senior notes due 2029, according to a news release.

Any remaining proceeds will be used to pay fees and expenses related to the offering, and for general corporate purposes.

Graphic Packaging is an Atlanta-based consumer packaging manufacturer.
