Diocle calls €50 million of secured floating-rate notes due 2026

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 11 – Diocle SpA plans to redeem €50 million, or 13.404825737% of the amount outstanding, of its senior secured floating-rate notes due 2026, according to a press release on Friday.

The notes, issued June 27, 2019, will be redeemed on Feb. 21 at par plus accrued and unpaid interest.

Following the redemption, €323 million of the notes will remain outstanding.

Diocle is a pharmaceutical company based in Milan.
