Speech technology firm sells 2 million shares to two private investors

San Diego, Aug. 21 - Advanced Voice Recognition Systems, Inc. said it settled a $100,000 non-brokered private placement of stock on Aug. 17, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2 million common shares at $0.05 per share to two private investors. The per-share price is identical to the closing share price on Aug. 16.
Based in Scottsdale, Ariz., the company develops speech recognition and transcription technologies.
