Elevation CLO 2015-4 refinances five classes of secured notes

Olympia, Wash., June 18 – Elevation CLO 2015-4, Ltd. and Elevation CLO 2015-4, LLC entered into a third supplemental indenture and refinanced five classes of their secured notes, according to a notice.

The issuers said they redeemed the class A, B, C, D and E notes on June 17.

The class F notes, subordinated notes and subordinated fee notes will remain outstanding following the refinancing.

The replacement securities were issued on June 17 and include $252.25 million class A-R notes, $48.5 million B-R notes, $28.25 million class C-R notes, $20.75 million class D-R notes and $18 million class E-R notes.

The replacement notes mature in April 2027.
