Fitch puts LLC T2 RTK on positive watch

Fitch Ratings said it put LLC T2 RTK Holding’s long-term issuer default rating of BB on rating watch positive following the announcement the company will be acquired by majority state-owned Rostelecom in exchange for cash and equity.

Fitch also affirmed Rostelecom’s BBB- rating.
