New Issue: GS Finance prices $750,000 buffered basket-linked notes on 45 stocks

Los Angeles, June 13 – GS Finance Corp. priced $750,000 of 0% buffered basket-linked notes due July 10, 2023 based on the performance of an unequally weighted basket of common stock, common shares or capital stock of 45 companies, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The basket stocks are Amkor Technology, Inc., Analog Devices, Inc. , Arista Networks, Inc., Arrow Electronics Inc, Avnet, Inc., Baker Hughes Co., Belden Inc., Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Broadcom Inc., Builders FirstSource, Inc., Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd., Caterpillar Inc., Cleveland-Cliffs Inc., Cognex Corp., CSX Corp., Deere & Co., Dover Corp., Eagle Materials Inc., EnPro Industries, Inc., First Solar, Inc., General Electric Co., Intel Corp., Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., Kennametal Inc., L3Harris Technologies, Inc., Macom Technology Solutions Holdings, Inc., Martin Marietta Materials, Inc., Microchip Technology Inc., NextEra Energy, Inc., Norfolk Southern Corp., ON Semiconductor Corp., Oshkosh Corp., Photronics, Inc., Qualcomm Inc., Quanta Services, Inc., Rockwell Automation, Inc., Summit Materials, Inc., Terex Corp., Texas Instruments Inc., Textron Inc., Tractor Supply Co., Union Pacific Corp., United Rentals, Inc., Veeco Instruments Inc. and Vulcan Materials Co. Weightings are given in the table below.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,181 per $1,000 principal amount.

If the basket falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% basket decline beyond 10%.
