Hollander Sleep five-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, May 30 – Hollander Sleep Products, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by Region 2 U.S. trustee William K. Harrington, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The committee members are Feng Huanh of Roind Hometex Co., Ltd. of Jiangsn, China; Fu Mingfang of Hangzhou Chuangyuan Feather Co., Ltd. of Hangzhou, China; R. Stan Holland of Hollander NC IA LLC of Rochester, N.Y.; Jack Freund of Nap Industries, Inc. of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and Giacomo (Jack) Mauro of Packaging Corp. of America, based in Lake Forest, Ill.

The Boca Raton, Fla.-based company designs, manufactures and markets utility bedding products. It filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on May 19. The case number is 19-11608.
