Chicago, Sept. 16 – Transmit Entertainment Ltd. plans to place up to HK$150 million of 6½% bonds in multiple tranches, according to a notice.
Interest will be payable semiannually.
The bonds will mature three years after issuance.
Royston Securities Ltd. is the placing agent.
The placing period will last for six months from Sept. 16.
Proceeds from the bonds will be used for working capital and to repay debt.
Transmit Entertainment is a film production company based in Hong Kong.
