Taiwan’s Enterex struggles to repay convertible noteholders

Chicago, Nov. 24 – Taiwan’s Enterex International Ltd. said that the company is having difficulty repaying the selling-back corporate bond price to creditors who have exercised their redemption rights on the company’s first domestic conversion corporate bond issuance, according to a notice.

The company cannot repay the full amount for the bonds that have been redeemed.

Enterex said it is negotiating with the bank and will inform creditors of “the payment affair” after negotiations are finished.

Enterex International develops, produces, manufactures and supplies various radiators, condensers, intercoolers and evaporators. The company is based in Tainan City.
