BPV Wealth Management adviser changes name to BPV Capital Management

Minneapolis, April 9 - The BPV Core Diversification Fund and the BPV Wealth Preservation Fund announced that effective March 29, their investment adviser changed its name to BPV Capital Management, LLC, according to a 497 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The adviser's name was previously BPV Wealth Management, LLC.

The fund's investment adviser is Knoxville-based BPV Capital Management, LLC.
