New Issue: Slovenia’s NLB prices €225 million 10¾% 10-year tier 2 subordinated notes at 99.076

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 21 – NLB dd, Ljubljana priced €225 million of 10¾% 10-year tier 2 subordinated notes at 99.076, according to a notice on Monday.
The issuer will be able to redeem the notes early on Nov. 28, 2027.
As previously reported, BofA Securities Europe SA was mandated as the sole lead manager with NLB acting as co-lead manager.
The bank is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
