Atlanta, Sept. 13 - Taiwan's Advanced Semiconductor Engineering priced a two-tranche issue of RMB 650 million notes due 2014 and 2016, a market source said.
The deal included RMB 150 million 3 1/8% notes due Sept. 22, 2014, which priced at par, and RMB 500 million 4¼% notes due Sept. 20, 2016 that also priced at par.
Citigroup was the bookrunner for the Regulation S-only tranches, which include a change-of-control put at 101%.
Advanced Semiconductor Engineering is based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
