Wheel Pros to launch $945 million of term loans on Wednesday

New York, Oct. 13 – Wheel Pros is scheduled to hold a lender call at 2 p.m. ET on Wednesday to launch $945 million of term loans, according to a market source.

UBS Investment Bank is the lead bank on the deal.

The debt consists of a $735 million first-lien term loan and a $210 million second-lien term loan, the source said.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and to fund a dividend.

Wheel Pros is a distributor of proprietary branded wheels and performance tires.
