Korea’s Kexim lines up meetings for euro-denominated bond offering

Chicago, May 17 – Export-Import Bank of Korea (Aa2/AA/AA-) will be participating in fixed-income investor meetings starting on May 22 for a new euro-denominated offering of senior bonds, according to a market source.

The bank is exploring selling debt with a tenor of three, five or seven years.

Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, HSBC, ING, JPMorgan and Societe Generale have been chosen as bookrunners to arrange the meetings.

Distribution will be via Rule 144A and Regulation S.

The lender is based in Seoul.
