Kexim readies dollar-denominated offering of notes in three parts

Chicago, June 22 – Export-Import Bank of Korea (Kexim) is marketing a three-part offering of dollar-denominated bullet notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

BofA Securities, Inc, Credit Agricole CIB, Mizuho Securities USA LLC, NH Investment and Securities Co., Ltd, Societe Generale and Standard Chartered Bank are joint bookrunners and lead managers.

Kexim Bank (UK) Ltd. is the co-manager.

Counsel for the issuer is Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP.

Counsel for the underwriters is Linklaters LLP.

Proceeds from the sale will be used for general operations, including extending foreign currency loans and repayment of maturing debt and other obligations.

The lender is based in Seoul.
