Moody’s rates Bank of China green bonds A1

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned an A1 rating to the proposed senior unsecured green bonds to be issued by Bank of China Ltd., Macau Branch that will be offered in three tranches.

The bank will sell three-year dollar-denominated floating-rate notes, three-year euro-denominated fixed rates notes and two year RMB-denominated fixed-rate notes.

The outlook is stable.
