Bank of China’s Amipeace to list HK$20 billion note program

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 29 – Bank of China Ltd., Macau Branch subsidiary Amipeace Ltd. applied to list a HK$20 billion medium-term note program, according to a notice of listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd.

The arranger and dealer is Bank of China.

Listing was expected to become effective on Wednesday.

The lender is based in Beijing.
