OHA Loan Funding 2012-1 to redeem secured, subordinated notes June 3

New York, May 20 – OHA Loan Funding 2012-1, Ltd., as issuer, and OHA Loan Funding 2012-1 Inc., a co-issuer, plan to redeem six classes of secured notes and its subordinated notes, according to a notice from trustee Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 3 for the following total redemption prices:

• $218,253,145.39 for $217,277,800.43 principal amount of class A-R notes;

• $38,192,218.25 for $38 million principal amount of class B-1R notes;

• $11,547,533.33 for $11.5 million principal amount of the class B-2R notes;

• $25,650,769.81 for $25.5 million principal amount for the class C-R notes;

• $18,138,200.75 for $18 million principal amount for the class D-R notes; and

• 17,190,542.38 for $17 million principal amount for the class E-R notes.

For the subordinated notes, the redemption price will be the proportional share of the amount of the proceeds remaining after the full redemption of the $40.5 million secured notes.
