Fitch rates Western Midstream notes BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it rated Western Midstream Operating, LP's senior notes BBB-.

The agency affirmed Western’s BBB- ratings on Aug. 18.

The proceeds will be used to fund a portion of the purchase price for the acquisition of Meritage Midstream Services II, LLC and the rest will be allocated towards general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
