New Issue: Singapore’s Keppel issues S$150 million 3.15% securities

New York, Sept. 11 – Keppel REIT Management Ltd. issued S$150 million 3.15% subordinated perpetual securities, series 4, under its S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance program, according to a news release.

The notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd. from 9 p.m. ET on Sept. 14.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. is lead manager and bookrunner.

Keppel is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust.
