Vanguard Natural Resources unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, April 11 – Vanguard Natural Resources, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Thursday by acting Region 7 U.S. Trustee Henry G. Hobbs, Jr., according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The committee members are Charlie San Miguel of Enterprise Jonah Gas Gathering LLC of Houston; Michael Giroir of Viva Energy Services LLC of Odessa, Texas; and Travis Wright of Trinity Environmental SWD I, LLC of Austin, Texas.

Vanguard is a Houston-based oil and gas exploration and development company. The company filed a new bankruptcy case on March 31 under Chapter 11 case number 19-31786.
