New Issue: JPMorgan prices $435,000 autocallable contingent interest notes linked to Booking
Chicago, Feb. 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $435,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due May 17, 2023 linked to the common stock of Booking Holdings Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a quarterly coupon of 16.05% if the stock closes above its 70% interest barrier level on the related observation date, plus any previously unpaid coupons.
The securities will be called automatically at par starting Aug. 12, 2022 and on any subsequent quarterly review date if the stock closes above its initial level.
At maturity the payout will be par if the stock finishes above its 70% trigger level. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
