Russia-based Alrosa mandates banks, sets meetings for dollar seven-year notes

New York, June 15 – Alrosa PJSC has selected banks and scheduled a series of fixed-income investor calls regarding a proposed U.S. dollar-denominated benchmark offering of seven-year senior notes (Baa2/BBB-), according to a market source.

JPMorgan is global coordinator and joint bookrunner with Gazprombank, Societe Generale and VTB Capital also as joint bookrunners organizing the calls on Monday and Tuesday.

A Rule 144A and Regulation S tranche will follow subject to market conditions.

The notes will be sold via Alrosa Finance SA and guaranteed by Alrosa PJSC.

Alrosa is a diamond mining business based in Mirny, Russia.
