Boustead Singapore launches S$500 million multicurrency debt program

Madison, Wis., Aug. 2 - Boustead Singapore Ltd. said it has established a S$500 million multicurrency debt issuance program that includes notes as well as perpetual securities.

HSBC is the arranger and dealer of the program.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing borrowings, for potential acquisitions and investments, for working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.

Boustead is a Singapore infrastructure-related engineering services and geospatial technology group focused on energy, water and wastewater and real estate.
