Colisee to launch €770 million term loan B repricing on Tuesday

New York, Nov. 4 – Colisee is scheduled to hold a lander call on Tuesday to launch a repricing of its €770 million term loan B due April 2026, according to a market source.

Barclays and Natixis are the physical bookrunners on the deal. Natixis is the agent.

IK Investment Partners is the sponsor.

Colisee is a provider of elderly care services.
