Colisee talks €770 million term loan B at Euribor plus 400 bps

New York, March 13 – Colisee is seeking a €770 million seven-year covenant-lite term loan B that is talked at Euribor plus 400 basis points with a 0% floor and an original issue discount of 99.5, according to a market source.

The term loan B has 101 soft call protection for six months, the source said.

Natixis, Societe Generale, Barclays and CIC are the physical bookrunners on the deal. Natixis is the agent.

Commitments are due on March 27, the source added.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and to fund the acquisition of Armonea.

IK Investment Partners is the sponsor.

Colisee and Armonea are providers of elderly care services.
