Z Gallerie five-member official unsecured creditors committee named

Pittsburgh, March 21 – Z Gallerie, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Gary Turner of Bassett Mirror Co., Inc. of Bassett, Va.; Scott Decubellis of Tuscany 3PL of Deerfield Beach, Fla.; Simon Dallimore of Dallimore & Co., based in New York; Dan Pevonka of LSC Communications US LLC of Warrenville, Ill.; and Julie Minnick-Bowden of Brookfield Property REIT, Inc., based in Chicago.

Z Gallerie is a Gardena, Calif.-based furniture retailer. It filed bankruptcy on March 11 under Chapter 11 case number 19-10488.
