Fitch pulls Zhejiang Energy notes rating

Fitch Ratings said it withdrew the expected A rating assigned to Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Co. Ltd.'s proposed offshore senior unsecured notes. The proposed notes were to be issued under the offshore medium-term note program by the company’s indirectly wholly owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Energy International Ltd.

Fitch withdrew the expected rating as Zhejiang Provincial has not proceeded with the proposed note offering within the previously envisaged timeline. The expected rating on the proposed notes was assigned on March 11, 2019.
