Halcyon Loan to redeem class C, D, E, combination, subordinated notes

Chicago, Feb. 25 – Halcyon Loan Advisors Funding 2012-2 Ltd. as issuer and Halcyon Loan Advisors Funding 2012-2 LLC as co-issuer has been directed by holders of a majority of the subordinated notes to redeem the class C notes, class D notes, class E notes, combination notes and subordinated notes.

The redemption date for will be March 20. The record date will be March 19 for the global secured notes, the global combination notes and the global subordinated notes. For the certificated secured notes, the certificated combination notes, the certificated subordinated notes and the uncertificated subordinated notes, the record date will be March 5.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date will be as follows, along with the redemption price:

• $33,300,809.31 of class C notes, including the principal amount of the class C note component of the combination notes, for a redemption price of $33,770,517.23;

• $19.5 million of class D notes, including the principal amount of the class D note component of the combination notes, for a redemption price of $19,855,485;

• $18.25 million of class E notes for a redemption price of $18,623,760;

• $43.5 million of subordinated notes for a redemption price that will be an amount equal to its pro rata proportional share; and

• For the combination note, the redemption price will be an amount equal to its allocation of the redemption price for each underlying class.
