China’s E-House plans to offer dollar-denominated notes

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 7 – E-House (China) Enterprise Holdings Ltd. is planning an offering of dollar-denominated senior notes, subject to market conditions, according to an announcement.

Credit Suisse, BOC International, China International Capital Corp. and CRIC Securities and BOCI Asia Ltd. are the joint global coordinators for the Regulation S offering and are joined as lead managers and bookrunners by CMB International, CMB Wing Lung Bank Ltd., CMBC Capital, Founder Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd., Orient Securities (Hong Kong), DBS Bank Ltd., Central Wealth Securities Investment Ltd., SPDB International and UBS.

Proceeds are planned to be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing existing debt.

Shanghai-based E-House is a real estate services company.
