China’s E-House plans dollar-denominated notes via Credit Suisse, BOCI

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 14 – E-House (China) Enterprise Holdings Ltd. is planning an offering of dollar-denominated senior notes, subject to market conditions, according to an announcement.

Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Ltd. and BOCI Asia Ltd. are the joint global coordinators, joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Regulation S offering.

Proceeds are planned to be used for developing business operations.

Shanghai-based E-House is a real estate services company.
