S&P removes Kerala fund from under observation

S&P said it removed the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board from under criteria review after finishing a review under S&P’s revised criteria for local and foreign governments outside the United States.

The agency affirmed its BB long-term rating for the board.

The outlook is stable, which mirrors the view on the government of Kerala.
