Fitch changes view on Kerala Infrastructure to negative

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook on Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board to negative from stable and affirmed the long-term foreign- and local-currency issuer default ratings at BB.

The rating action follows Fitch's revision of the outlook on the State of Kerala to negative from stable on Oct. 7.
