Office Properties to repay term loan with proceeds of property sales

New York, June 3 – Office Properties Income Trust intends to repay amounts outstanding on the company’s unsecured term loan with proceeds from the sale of two properties, according to a press release.

The proceeds totaling $21.9 million, excluding closing costs, may also be used for other general corporate purposes.

Office Properties is a Newton, Mass.-based real estate investment trust.
