By William Gullotti

Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 16 – Kodiak Gas Services, LLC amended its existing credit facility, increasing the size of the facility by $175 million, according to a press release on Thursday.

Additional lenders participating in the facility increased the total commitments to $1,875,000,000.

The expanded facility will reinforce the company’s environmental, social and governance initiatives in addition to funding continued growth, providing additional working capital and supporting capital expenditures.

“The expanded capacity of our credit facility reflects the continued growth of our company and provides Kodiak with increased flexibility and capacity to further our sustainability strategy,” Mickey McKee, president and chief executive officer of Kodiak, said in the release.

Based in Montgomery, Texas, Kodiak supplies contract labor and mechanical expertise for end users of compression, dehydration, processing and treating equipment.
