Main Event readies launch of $200 million credit facility for Monday

New York, Jan. 30 – Main Event Entertainment is scheduled to hold a bank meeting at 2:30 p.m. ET in New York on Monday to launch a $200 million senior secured credit facility, according to a market source.

UBS Investment Bank is the lead on the deal.

Main Event Entertainment is a Dallas-based operator of family entertainment centers with locations across the United States.
