New York, June 3 – Land Transport Authority issued S$1.4 billion of 3.3% notes due 2054, according to a Singapore Stock Exchange notice.
DBS Bank Ltd., HSBC Ltd. Singapore Branch, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. Ltd. and United Overseas Bank Ltd. were the lead managers and bookrunners.
The issuer is a statutory board under Singapore’s ministry of transport.
