Moody’s rates Sino-Ocean notes Baa3

Moody's Investors Service said it gave a definitive Baa3 rating to the credit enhanced green notes sold by Sino-Ocean Land Treasure IV Ltd.

The notes are supported by an irrevocable standby letter of credit from China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch. China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd.(CZBank), head office of the letter of credit bank, has been assigned a long-term counterparty risk assessment of Baa3(cr), Moody’s said.
