Sam Kane Beef Processors plan confirmation hearing to be held Oct. 17

Pittsburgh, Oct. 11 – Sam Kane Beef Processors, LLC’s Chapter 11 plan confirmation hearing has been rescheduled for Oct. 17, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The hearing was previously scheduled for Oct. 11.

The notice did not give a reason for the rescheduling.

Sam Kane Beef Processors is a Corpus Christi, Tex.-based processor and distributor of beef and beef products. The company filed bankruptcy on Jan. 22, 2019 under Chapter 11 case number 19-20020.
