Moody's assigns Ba1 SATA Air notes

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba1 rating to the €120 million of guaranteed senior unsecured notes due 2030 issued by SATA Air Acores SA.

The assigned Ba1 rating is based solely upon guarantee of scheduled principal and interest payment provided by the Autonomous Region of Azores, also rated Ba1.

The outlook is stable.
