Fitch assigns Shangrao City Construction notes BB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a rating of BB+ to Shangrao City Construction Investment Development Group Co., Ltd.’s proposed dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes. Fitch rates the company BB+.

The company expects to use the proceeds to repay offshore debt.
