Prospect News reports two new defaults for week of Nov. 29 to Dec. 5

Pittsburgh, Dec. 7 – Prospect News reported two new defaults for the week of Nov. 29 through Dec. 5.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings made by USA Gymnastics and Senior Care Centers, LLC.

So far in 2018, Prospect News has reported 149 defaults, including 77 Chapter 11 bankruptcy filings, 30 missed interest payments, six missed principal payments, four each of bankruptcies and missed principal and interest payments, three each of Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings, Chapter 15 bankruptcy filings, schemes of arrangement and distressed exchanges, two each of administrations, liquidations and debt-for-equity exchanges and one each of Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act filings, Canada Business Corporations Act filings, compulsory liquidations, composition of creditors filings, insolvencies, involuntary Chapter 7 cases, missed payments, receiver appointments, recapitalizations and restructurings.
