New Issue: Korea’s NH Investment sells $300 million 1 7/8% debut bond offering

Chicago, Oct. 7 – NH Investment & Securities Co. Ltd. sold its first bond offering, detailed as $300 million of 1.875% five-year notes (A3/A-), according to a listing notice.

Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., HSBC Ltd. and NH Investment & Securities (H.K.) Ltd. were the lead managers.

Proceeds, according to S&P Global Ratings, will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Seoul, the issuer is a securities firm offering a broad range of financial services.
