Advanced Magnetics rated at buy by Jefferies

Advanced Magnetics, Inc. was given a buy rating by Jefferies & Co., Inc. analyst Adam Walsh ahead of the company's earnings conference call. Jefferies believes the ferumoxytol safety remains clean to date and looks to the call for more insight. Shares of the Cambridge, Mass.-based pharmaceutical products company were up $1.16, or 3.73%, at $32.30 on volume of 118,123 shares versus the three-month running average of 3,020,640 shares.
