New Issue: Heimstaden sells €800 million 3¼% subordinated perpetual hybrids

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 12 – Heimstaden AB subsidiary Heimstaden Bostad AB issued €800 million of 3¼% subordinated perpetual hybrid capital securities (BB), according to a notice.

Danske Bank, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and Nordea acted as joint structuring agents and joint bookrunners.

The hybrids have a 5.25-year non-call period.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Heimstaden is a real estate company based in Malmo, Sweden.
