Heimstaden Bostad to fully redeem floaters due 2024 on Jan. 22

Lexington, Ky., Jan. 10 – Heimstaden Bostad AB will exercise its option to fully redeem its remaining outstanding floating-rate notes due April 2024 (ISIN: XS2327839580), according a notice.

The issuer will redeem the notes at par of €1,000 per calculation amount on Jan. 22.

As previously reported, Heimstaden Bostad purchased SEK 419 million of the outstanding SEK 500 million original issue through a tender offer that settled on Dec. 19.

Heimstaden Bostad is a residential real estate company based in Malmo, Sweden.
