Chicago, June 22 – Heimstaden Bostad AB sold €600 million of 3% subordinated perpetual hybrid bonds (BB+), according to a company notice.
The new securities will have 6.6 years of call protection.
Bookrunners for the offering were BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, ING Bank, JPMorgan and Nordea.
Proceeds were used to fund a tender offer and for general corporate purposes.
The offer was more than two-times oversubscribed.
The bonds will be listed on Euronext Dublin.
Heimstaden is a real estate company based in Malmo, Sweden.
