Heimstaden Bostad announces capped tender offer for 2 1/8% notes

Chicago, June 16 – Heimstaden Bostad AB started a capped tender for its €700 million outstanding 2 1/8% notes due September 2023 (ISIN: XS1958655745), according to a notice.

The company will accept up to €250 million principal amount of the notes.

The purchase price has been calculated for a settlement date of June 29. For June 29, the company will pay €1,047.92 per €1,000 note. If the tender offer settles another day, the price will need to be recalculated. Interest will also be paid to the settlement date.

The offer expires at 11 a.m. ET on June 23.

The tender offer is subject to a financing condition. The company intends to issue new euro-denominated subordinated fixed-to-reset rate undated capital securities subject to market conditions.

Investors who wish to subscribe to the new notes may receive priority in allocation if they are tendering old notes.

Tenders may be subject to proration.
